Movement That Feels Good (Not Punishment)

I’m not talking about 5 AM CrossFit or punishing cardio sessions.

I’m talking about gentle, intuitive movement that makes your body feel alive. Some mornings that’s yoga on my balcony. Other mornings it’s a slow walk through the neighborhood. Sometimes it’s just stretching on my bedroom floor while the coffee brews.

The key? I move because it feels good, not because I “should” or because I need to “burn calories” or “earn” my breakfast.

The soft life principle: Your body is meant to move, but movement should be joyful, not forced. Listen to what your body needs each day.How to start: Set a timer for 10 minutes. Put on a song you love and just move. Dance, stretch, walk around your home. No rules. Just reconnect with your body.
